Do I need a referral?
No referral is required. You can book directly online or call 0428 189 149.
How long does a session go for?
Standard sessions are 60mins.
A free 15-minute introductory call is included prior to the first appointment.
Is online counselling available?
Yes. Sessions are available via Microsoft Teams or in person at Emerald Kove, 86 Water Street, Toowoomba.
What if I don’t know what to say?
That’s completely okay. Many people arrive unsure where to begin. We start gently and work from there.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies for each person. Some people benefit from short-term support, others prefer longer-term work. We discuss this together.
